Tim Pierson, Realtor, CEO
Tim grew up in a real estate family and has a great passion for helping clients utilize real estate to achieve their long-term personal and financial goals. Tim brought over 6 years of international marketing & web design experience to Pierson Real Estate to provide unparalleled marketing to clients selling their homes. After 10 years in Real Estate operating one of the top teams in the area, Tim continues to love helping people figure out how to use real estate to get further faster in life. Tim is married to Liz and is also a father to three beautiful daughters as well as the volunteer chaplain for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club.
 

TJ Walter, Realtor
Pierson Real Estate recruited TJ after seeing is incredible work ethic and desire to serve people in action. TJ's background in journalism for USA Today and Washington Times has given him incredible knowledge of DC neighborhoods, restaurants, and events. His desire to serve people and attention to detail, along with his commitment to excellence and value, make him a huge asset to our team and our clients.

Liz started the Pierson Real Estate team over 10 years ago and has been the inspiration of the organization ever since. Liz loves working with young adults and families on all of their real estate needs but has recently taken a more passive role on the team as she focuses her attention on her and Tim's three daughters. Liz continues to work on a case by case basis with individual clients and also assists with operational matters and client appreciation events.

Shontel has been the heart and soul of Pierson Real Estate for the last four years serving as our Client Care manager caring for the day to day needs of our clients and transaction management. As a licensed Realtor, she is also serves our clients throughout the whole real estate process. Shontel has an incredibly strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Clients feel confident and comfortable working with her because of her dependability, genuinely caring personality, experience and consistent value of honesty.

Danny joined Pierson Real Estate with the goal of helping one of the top real estate teams in the area get even better. After a successful career as a business consultant with companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Grant Thornton, Danny brings incredible project management knowledge and experience to Pierson Real Estate. He is responsible for evaluating current and new systems to ensure our standards of quality are met or exceeded and everyone is held accountable to these standards. This role is rare to have on a real estate team, and we are proud to commit the resources to ensure that our clients get the highest level of professionalism and expertise.  Using the experience he gained while consulting for multiple government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, Danny will ensure we remain on the bleeding edge of new technology and systems that will help our clients use real estate to achieve their personal and financial goals faster.
